After Hours Service
Weagant Farm Supplies is pleased to offer After Hours Service Policy to handle emergency situations. For parts or service call (877)302-6276 or (613)229-5647. You will be directed to leave a message OR call the After Hours emergency phone number. A manager will take your call and dispatch the appropriate person to help you.
This service is offered from 5.00 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, Sundays from 8.00 am through 5:00 pm, and most holidays.
A dispatch charge will be assessed only if the service or parts technician drives to the shop to assist. A premium labour rate will be charged for required in-field service work.
The dispatch fee will be passed on directly to the employee who helps with your emergency. The service is offered "to give the best possible service to our clientele" states Bob Weagant.
